Common questions
Who can apply for a visa?+
Company Managers and Company Employees can use Apply Visa in the portal. Employees only see and track applications they submit themselves.
What happens if my vault balance is too low?+
Submission is blocked until you top up. You'll also receive a low-balance email alert when your balance drops below the configured threshold for your country.
How are visa fees calculated?+
Fees are fetched live from the Vughy Visa API based on the from/to country route and visa type. The exact fee is deducted from your company vault when the application is created.
Can company managers change application status?+
No. Only Vughy internal Managers claim applications and update status to processing, error, or finalize. Your company team focuses on applying and tracking.
How do employees get access?+
There is no public employee signup. Managers are created from the company dashboard, and employees are invited from there with login credentials shared privately.
